Buying a new suite, fridge freezer, or bedroom furniture? Why not donate your unwanted furniture to RECAP when you replace it? As long as your unwanted furniture is in good condition we will be happy to come and collect it and recycle it for use by others.

We take all electric white goods including washing machines, cookers and fridge freezers as well as dishwashers and tumble dryers. We take all sorts of second hand furniture including beds, drawers, wardrobes, tables, chairs, suites and white goods.

Is your hotel being refurbished, or your restaurant about to be modernised? We also accept commercial donations; we can use your old tables, chairs and bedroom furniture.

House Clearances and Removal Services

Moving away or clearing a house for a loved one? RECAP is experienced in removals and furniture transportation and can offer a range of removal services and house clearances at highly competitive prices. If you stay in North Lanarkshire or the surrounding area why not give us a call and let us provide you with a quote.

What can’t we accept?

Furniture, which is seriously stained, marked, or ripped regretfully, cannot be accepted. Upholstered furniture such as suites and mattresses that are ripped, burst or torn and which do not meet the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 cannot be accepted. Other items we cannot accept include wooden furniture with woodworm, gas appliances, and electrical items in need of major repair or in a rusty condition. All donated items are taken to our warehouse to be inspected, repaired if possible, before being sold at low cost to those in need.

Please note: Customers should be aware that the Project accepts NO LIABILITY for damage to customer’s property as a result of collection of goods. Goods left outside in wet weather, will also be rejected. Customers are asked to have donated items readily accessible for our drivers.
